This week, Susanna Mälkki and Branford Marsalis collaborate for a jazz and Spanish-inspired program that also features the world premiere of Melinda Wagner’s Proceed, Moon, commissioned by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Concluding the program is one of Claude Debussy’s most popular works, Prelude to The Afternoon of a Faun, conducted by Cristian Măcelaru.
