The CSO’s residency at Zellerbach Hall on the University of California-Berkeley campus continued over the weekend with concerts of Schubert, Mozart and Schumann on Saturday night and Brahms’ Third and Second symphonies at a matinee Sunday. The concerts, the second engagement of Music Director Riccardo Muti and the CSO on their 2017 U.S. Fall Tour, were presented by Cal Performances.
From Berkeley, the CSO and Maestro Muti head to Costa Mesa, in Orange County, for a performance Monday at the Segerstrom Center, presented by the Philharmonic Society of Orange County.
