For their second concert in Taipei, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Riccardo Muti performed two staples of the Austro-Germanic repertoire: Beethoven’s Fifth and Mahler’s First. From Taipei, the CSO moves on to Japan, where it will present two concerts in the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan.
