Before the tour’s final concert in Seoul, CSO musicians conducted master classes, performed in a string quintet at the U.S. Embassy and even squeezed in some sightseeing. Back at the hall, the concert of Prokofiev, Hindemith and Tchaikovsky was capped off with an encore from Verdi’s “Nabucco.” Then musicians were treated to a farewell dinner hosted by Maestro Muti.
