This week, music director Riccardo Muti leads the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in Rimsky-Korsakov’s Sheherazade featuring concertmaster Robert Chen. The program also includes Mozart’s Overture to Don Giovanni and Symphony No. 40 in G Minor. Rounding out the program is Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1 in C Major, led by Fritz Reiner from a 1961 RCA recording.
