This week, Marek Janowski leads the CSO in two Wagner Preludes from Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg and the Overture from Tannhäuser. The program also includes Weber’s Overture to Euryanthe, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4, and Mozart’s Bassoon Concerto, featuring former CSO principal bassoonist Willard Elliot from a 1981 Deutsche Grammophon recording.
