Franz Schubert

The Genius of Schubert festival reaches the airwaves and online in these months, with Music Director Riccardo Muti conducting the symphonic cycle, as well as works by Mahler, Schumann and Mozart. Exceptional guest soloists include pianist Mitsuko Uchida playing Schumann, violinists Christian Tetzlaff and Leila Josefowicz, pianist Maurizio Pollini, and CSO principals John Sharp, David McGill, Chris Martin, and Robert Chen.
